Magnificent Dollshouse 'Bodenhams'
'Bodenhams' is our celebrated
12th scale model of the famous Ludlow landmark.
This superb authentic
creation is recognized as "one of the finest examples of
it's kind in the world".

from The Kensington Dollshouse Festival May 2013 and 2014 including
a couple of closeups of the chimney,
taken earlier in the year.

So
now's your chance to be the proud owner of this 1/12th scale
wonder, said to be "one of the finest examples of it's kind
in the world". 'Bodenhams' truly is a one off. If we ever
make another model of 'Bodenhams' there will be a number of subtle
differences, some deliberate, some will just happen because of
the method of construction and variations in available (organic)
material.
All of our models
(including Bodenhams) feature a solid oak beam construction,
real brick chimneys, Farrow and Ball paint throughout, oak flooring,
realistic roof tiles and many other unique details, including
(in this case) 'Lock-up' shop fronts with working shutters, a
three story stairwell with a scullery and two superb brick chimney
stacks. All the rooms are accessible by the inclusion of pivoted
opening, concealed panels.
Every model is hand
built by our skilled and experienced crafts-folk and are fully
functional as a dollshouses, museum models or unique collectables.

You can pay by personal
cheque if you live in the UK, or by direct bank transfer. Call
me for details. Paypal can be used to make your initial deposit,
but you will need to contact me first to arrange the payment.
Once the dollshouse
has sold we reserve the right to retain photographs of 'Bodenhams'
and other dollshouses in our range for reference purposes.
You don't need a
Paypal account to make a purchase on our website, as Paypal allows
you to use your regular credit or debit card to make the payment.
Pay your deposit to secure the sale, securely and with peace
of mind.
The payment is made
on the secure Paypal website and we will not have access to your
bank details.

Terms and Conditions.
The deposit (figure
to be agreed over the phone, or by email) is refundable indefinitely
and will be refunded to your account automatically after 30 days
if you do not complete your purchase.
The balance will be required within 30 days of making the deposit.
(Non payment of the balance after 30 days of making the deposit
will result in the deposit being refunded to your account).
Making a deposit
for the dollhouse 'Bodenhams' via Paypal signifies that you have
read and understand the terms and conditions listed here and
that the said terms and conditions are legally binding.
We can accept
a cheque for the balance, or BACS payment by arrangement if you
prefer. (Or cash on delivery/collection)
The dollshouse
will be delivered to you, anywhere within the UK within two weeks
of payment of the balance. Should you wish to collect, collection
by yourselves has to be arranged by phone after you have made
the deposit.
Delivery within the United Kingdom is free of charge. Shipping
to anywhere else in the world will incur shipping charges at
your expense. Please take this into account when making the deposit.
International shipping is to be arranged by yourself after purchase,
but the dollshouse can be delivered to you within the UK free
of charge, or you are more than welcome to collect the dollshouse
from us at our workshop in Presteigne Powys UK by prior arrangement.
